It was quite easy, compiling this partial list. Yet, I am feeling very tired.
But happy to note we are not alone!
Yet, we are exceptional - we are, as Aditi has said in her comment,
- India - "No problem" problem

so that is how it is..
any country with no problem..
than it would be no problem problem..
It is not just 'fun', it is almost an inspiring list. We are in great company, at the very least.
Raghu, in your fun list of dysfunctional countries, am I glad that you started with Pakistan, ;) and ended with India!!
I would have an alternative description for India - The 'No problem' problem...hahhaha. We never officially acknowledge existence of any problem, be it discontent in J&K/Manipur or 2G/3G scam.
DS sir,
You and Aditi are on the same wavelength, about the "no problem" problem!
Great! Thanks

matheikal,
I am adding a few words, based on DS sir's and Aditi's comments. That will make it truly fun!
Thanks

Aditi, that was deliberate, Pakistan at the start and India at the end. While we know, I think, why we exist, I am quite convinced Pakistani's are not aware what is their inwarly directed national statement, sentiment, purpose. In fact, I think Afghhainstan is better than Pakistan, because the way there are now, they just seem to have gone a few centuries backward!
I am adding a few words to the post, becasue I loved your take "No problem" problem.
